Job Description

Join us as a Model Maturity Lead

  • Customer Propositions & Delivery (CP&D) is transforming into an Agile, goal and journey lead organisation, this is a new role where you have the chance to make a tangible and valuable contribution to our business
  • Youll be supporting the creation and roll out of a maturity framework.
  • This is an influential role which will give you the chance to make a tangible and valuable contribution to our business
What youll doAs a Model Maturity Lead , youll be helping to successfully manage the functions strategy and deliver its product backlog, producing customer value in a continuous, iterative fashion. Youll be promoting continuous improvement and identifying opportunitiesto improve the strategys development in line with evolving techniques and best practice, as well as assisting with developing business plans and offering challenge to improve the quality of outputs. Your role will also involve:
  • Providing insight on the progression and maturity of the new model making recommendations based on the maturity measures
  • Leading the effective interaction with the goals, journeys, performance and business management teams and stakeholders to prepare the quarterly model maturity measures dashboard and populating and quality assuring the associated commentary and data inputs
  • Identify pan-goal interventions to be added to the enablement backlog, based on the model maturity metrics and related discussions with the CP&D leadership teams and goal enablement teams
  • Leading and delivering specific major assignments in the teams backlog, defining and agreeing a clear scope and objectives and working in an Agile manner
  • Identifying in-bound support needs (e.g. from One Bank teams)
  • Driving a strong aptitude for strategic thinking across the function
The skills youll needWere looking for a thought leader with in-depth experience of implementing and evolving a scaled Agile operating model . Youll have a background in business planning, developing strategic recommendations and influencing strategic change, along with good collaborationand stakeholder management skills. Youll also demonstrate:
  • Knowledge of and the ability to understand complex business landscapes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
  • A delivery track record of working across a large diverse organisation, establishing partnerships across all parts of a business, ideally with a global footprint
  • Good research skills and a proven ability to generate insights
