We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Mobilisation Specialist. We are looking for them to join our business and support us with a key strategic customer. In the first instance we are looking for people based in the North West, North East and Midlands area to minimise travel.As Mobilisation Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate identification of products on customer premises which have otherwise been unidentifiable through a desktop process. The role involves working to tight deadlines and ensuring a high degree of accuracy.Targets will be set for the identification of MRO components, tools and general maintenance items, and PPE, whilst accurately uploading onto Brammer Buck & Hickman databases with their correct unique identification references.It is therefore essential for you to have specific product knowledge of MRO parts, Tools and General Maintenance items and PPE.In addition to handling parts to identify them, there will also be the requirement on occasion to assist in relocating these items as part of a stores re-development project.To be successful in the role it is also important that you have:• A professional customer facing manner, acting as a true ambassador• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional structure• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders• Strong process skills and systems knowledge, including attention to detail ensuring completion to timelines in a customer facing environmentThere will be a need for travel to customer sites and time away from home so those interested must be comfortable with this aspect of the role.
