3rd Line Mitel Support Engineer - 90% of work from home and 10% TRAVELThough can be based anywhere in the UK, Including Derby or Manchester or the Sotuh EastThe Mitel Telecoms Engineer with strong experience on the design, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale bespoke Mitel Telecoms solutions for customers.The Mitel Engineer will come from a strong voice background and will be able to demonstrate experience across the Mitel telephony product suite, including Contact Center - MiCC.The Mitel Engineer will have some of the following skills;Installation, programming (ads, Move and changes & commissioning of enterprise solutionsMaintenance of Mitel telephone systemsWorking on 3rd line projects with pre-sales teamsManaging relationships with 3rd party contacts.Ownership of tickets logged - triaging, diagnostics, and resolution of ticketsMaintenance diagnosis / replacements for hardware and / or softwareRemote and onsite technical support to customers for system & software related queriesTechnical SkillsMitel 3300 Basic & Advanced ImplementationMitel MiCC3 years+ industry / manufacturer exposure, including product related qualifications for installations and ongoing support of MiCC, MiCollab, MiVBWhat we are offering:
