Job Description

Military Deafness / Military NIHL Fee EarnerWe are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced individual to join our clients team as a Military Deafness/Military Noise Induced Hearing Loss Fee Earner. The position is based in Manchester with Hybrid working on offer.Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess military personnel and veterans cases related to military deafness and noise-induced hearing loss
  • Assist in gathering necessary documentation and evidence to support compensation claims
  • Work closely with legal and medical professionals to build strong cases for compensation
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and medical developments related to military deafness and noise-induced hearing loss compensation claims
Experience:
  • Prior experience in handling compensation claims related to military deafness or noise-induced hearing loss is essential.
  • Litigation experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in understanding medical and legal documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work empathetically with military personnel and veterans
  • Knowledge of military regulations and procedures related to compensation claims.
