Job Description

360 Recruitment are a specialist Technology recruiter, currently recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Architect to join one of the fastest-growing MSPs in the UK.Role:Dynamics 365 CE/CRM ArchitectSalary:£65,000 to £90,000 + Benefits25 Days HolidayLife AssuranceHealth PlanLocation:Remote role (Home Based)Type:Permanent Role - Full-timeWe are looking for a Subject Matter Expert who will be responsible for the overall technical architecture of the Dynamics CRM platform. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to make a real contribution with a forward thinking MSP!The successful candidate will assist in shaping the in-house development and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as its CRM solution, integrating with other business systems and 3rd party applications where required. There will be plenty of business stakeholderengagement therefore we are seeking someone who is capable of communicating at a non-technical level.Scope & Key responsibilities for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Architect:

  • Point person within the business for decisions on enhancements to the platform and the longer-term roadmap.
  • Enhancements and roadmap should seek to avoid customisations wherever possible, adopting out of the box offerings where fit for purpose to retain ease of administration of the platform.
  • Managing and providing guidance on the use of 3rdparty products such as Scribe and KingswaySoft for data synchronisation and transformation.
  • Work with application support staff to up-skill them where required, producing knowledge base articles for future review.
  • Managing the integration of Dynamics 365 with other applications such as Dynamics NAV and ServiceNow.
Skills & Experience:
  • Accredited for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Working within Scrum/Agile methodologies.
  • Using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Using Power Automate.
  • Using TIBCO Scribe Insight or KingswaySoft to manage data transformation and synchronisation between platforms.
  • Motivated to succeed, self-starter and problem solver.
  • Highly organised and able to deliver work packages on time.
  • Aptitude for quick problem resolution whilst working under pressure.
