Job Description

This Brigg Scientific Client are a Materials testing company and they have a vacancy for Microbiology Lab Technician to work out of their Laboratories in Manchester.The role will involve the following duties

  • Sample preparation duties
  • Viral loading studies
  • Plating out
  • TVC
  • Use of Aseptic Techniques
    • The role is initially offer as a 6 month Temporary contract, but could become permanent for the right candidate.Pay rate is £9.00/hr and applications are welcomed from those with no commercial experience as full training will be given.Hours are flexible and based around a M-F 9-5 pattern, but due to the COVID pandemic the lab are operating a Temporary shift pattern to aid social distancing and candidates need to be flexible to early starts and late finishes in the initial period of the contract.
