Pertemps Work-based Learning and Skills division is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a thriving training provider.This training provider is offering a highly competitive salary, good holidays, and pension scheme with the flexibility of home and office working.This training provider has an excellent reputation and the position is available immediately.Main duties of the MIS Manager/Data Analyst" Produce accurate monthly occupancy reports for the different delivery areas" Create reports for all levels of management and staff to use in their roles." Completing the submission of monthly returns and downloading of reports" Review, maintain and develop the existing suite of reports accessed by management and staff to ensure validity and accuracy" Provide support and training across the group in the use of MIS related systems." Ensure the information requirements of the organisation and stakeholders are met through the production of reports and development of the MIS and associated systems." Support the development of internal applications and tools to enhance usability through streamlining and automating processes including KPI reports and active dashboards." To assist the Head of the MIS team and provide support and guidance in developing reporting solutions to meet the needs of the business" Develop and maintain an understanding of Ofsted EIF to develop clear and meaningful reports to track student progress." Assist in the maintenance and upgrade process of the learner records and associated systems." Support the delivery of system improvements and MIS projects." Manage and run the Moodle (Virtual Learning environment)Skills and Experience required for MIS Manager/Data Analyst" Related sector experience within Education/Work-Based Learning" Experience in developing reports" Experience in processing, validating, and submitting ILR returns" Extensive knowledge of PICS or Maytas" Experience in analysing, manipulating, and presenting data using Excel" High level of understanding of the E-Portfolios- ideally OneFile" Good understanding and experience of DSATs and FRM reports" Have a sound knowledge and experience of using FIS and other data systems we use Strata" Knowledge of funding rules and CognassistThis position is being managed by Pertemps NewcastleFor more information please contact Simon AtkinsKeywordsMIS Manager, Data Manager, MIS Developer, PICS, Maytas, Work-Based Learning, SQL, Moodle
