Thats when it hits home.We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our truly brilliant team who are making a huge difference to customers across the Manchester area.As Recovery Support Worker at our Beech Range service in Levenshulme, youll be joining an incredible 12 bed, step-down service that is run in partnership with Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust. We supportcustomers who have been in an acute hospitalsetting who are well enough to leave hospital but need support either returning to their home or finding a new forever home.Its a fast-paced role where no two days are the same and youll be helping customers develop the skills that they need to manage their mental health and live independently in their own home.
