Role:Digital Media BuyerCompany:Digital AgencyOffices based: Manchester (Remote & Hybrid options available)Salary: Up to £35,000Benefits: Performance-based bonus, Regular company events, Employee perks portal, Clear training and progression programme, Company pension scheme & private health plan, Additional Annual leave purchase scheme, Team Welcome Lunch, Quarterlycompany awards and moreDiverse Talent Search is working with one of the Norths fastest-growing digital agencies to recruit a Digital Media Buyer.Theyre looking for a Digital Media Buyer to assist in the planning, development, delivery, and analysis on strategic campaigns to improve overall campaign effectiveness and success.As a Digital Media Buyer, you will able to think strategically, commercially and also add some creative influence.How will you be spending your days

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand the clients business objectives and create display, video, and social advertising strategies.
  • Making decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns recommend the most appropriate types of media to use, as well as the most effective time spans and locations
  • Confident in measurement and performance reporting, able to identify opportunities and deliver data-led insights and actions.
  • Undertake research and analyse data using specialist industry resources
  • Identify target audiences and analyse their characteristics, behaviour and media habits
  • Present proposals, including cost schedules, to clients and internal teams
  • Carry out daily budget checks to ensure spend falls in line with the agreed strategy

  • Experience in digital marketing including display, video and social
  • Media planning
  • Booking and knowledge of programmatic platforms (DV360 preferred)
  • Ability to work on several projects at the same time, often for several different clients
  • A good grasp of literacy, for writing reports and presentations
  • Proficiency with numbers, for data analysis and negotiations
  • Willingness to learn new skills
