Mechanical Fitters / Assembly FittersManchesterConveyer systems - PermanentGood hourly rates/salary, superb benefitsManchester - PermanentSpecialist Engineering company urgently requires Mechanical Fitters / Assembly Fitters / Maintenance Engineers with around 5 years experience to work on and assemble conveyor systems in line with technical assembly drawings ensuring the work carried outis in line with the customer specifications and standards.As a Mechanical Fitter, Assembly Fitter, Maintenance Engineer you maybe involved in other aspects of work within the business as required but essentially your core duties will be the fitting of various types of air/vacuum, mechanical and magnetic conveyors,to prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials and then assemble the components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening partsand subassemblies, This work requires high levels of workmanship and product quality ensuring products are produced on time in full to the customers requirements.As a Mechanical Fitter, Assembly Fitter, Maintenance Engineer you will possess a versatile skill base with the capability to apply basic bench fitting skills across a range of tasks, be fully conversant with all the equipment, tools, and measuring instrumentsassociated with the manufacturing cycle ensuring manufacturing-built time are met and all paperwork associated to the manufacturing data packs are thoroughly checked prior to delivery.Great working conditions and superb benefits are offered with this organisation with overtime and excellent salary/rates.This role is commutable from Manchester, Salford, Bolton, Leigh, Worsley, Warrington, Wigan, Bury, Rochdale, St Helens, Altrincham, Stockport, North-WestKellan Group (including all of our brands, Berkeley Scott, RK and Quantica) are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
