Foxwood Recruitment are delighted to have partnered with a fast growing, international tech company in their search for a Marketing Manager to head up their UK and EU marketing function. This role will help define our clients goals and marketing strategy as they further expand into new markets and geographies. This is an exciting opportunity fora proven Marketing leader that is results oriented. Youll be led by a transparent, fair and strong VP of Marketing that values a high degree of partnership, communication and collaboration.Your mission is full accountability and responsibility to drive the operations and reportingof all global marketing disciplines to inform UK and EU marketing strategy with real time insights. This includes ownership of Lead Gen, Campaigns, Content and EventManagement. The Marketing Manager is responsible for understanding and researching the UK and EU markets to drive brand awareness, interest an adoption of our clients solutions. You must build methodology and reporting to derive actionable insights, improvingwhat is in place and making data-driven recommendations.What Will You Be Responsible For

  • Maintain a consistent and reliable reporting to provide visibility into UK and EU marketing efforts ROI via HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Use data to inform your strategy for choosing the best channels and tactics to build our presence in the UK and EU.
  • Increase brand awareness, SQLs and conversions via organic search, email marketing/nurturing, ppc/paid social, webinars, content syndication, social media, referrals, and other sources.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales teams to develop engaging campaigns.
  • Seek out for input from SDR, sales, and product teams that can inform strategies.
  • Manage demand generation programs for both existing customers and prospects, including webinars and events.
  • Drive content development (with resources), including sales materials, blogs, case studies and white papers, with SEO focus.
  • Manage Events (tradeshows, webinars) including planning, promotion and execution, reporting on ROI.
  • Assist in maintaining Partner and Customer relations for projects and requests as needed in the region.
What About Skills and Qualifications
  • BA/BSc (MBA a plus).
  • 3+ years of marketing experience.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS and Enterprise technology marketing (identity verification and AML compliance a plus).
  • Proficient with HubSpot and Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, team player.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow inbound pipeline through a unified strategy that leverages specialists across all available channels: SEO, paid advertising, organic social, content and email marketing.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market marketing strategies around SaaS product releases.
  • Strong ability to work successfully both autonomously and collaboratively in a remote environment as needed.
