Job Description

The Marketing Manager is a key leadership role in the industrial/manufacturing sector, responsible for setting the strategic marketing direction and driving growth within the company. The position requires someone with a creative mindset and a strong understandingof marketing principles. *Please note this role will be fully office based in Manchester*Client DetailsThis company is a leading player in the industrial/manufacturing and production industry based in Greater Manchester. With operations across Europe and the USA, they have ambitious growth plans for their commercial business function.Description

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Manage and oversee all marketing and agency department activities.
  • Drive brand awareness and market positioning.
  • Manage CRM system
  • Deliver on lead generation focused marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate and analyse market trends and competitor
  • Manage and coordinate advertising and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with sales to align marketing strategies and sales goals.
  • Lead, coach and develop the marketing team.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
ProfileA successful Marketing Manager should have:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Proven marketing leadership experience
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
