Here at MBA, were currently partnered with one of the UKs leading Financial institutions to recruit a Marketing Exec to join their rapidly growing team. With offices all over the UK, this role will be assigned to the Manchester team, but remote working is available.JOB TITLEMarketing ExecutiveWHAT WE NEEDAn enthusiastic individual to: - Promote our brands by coordinating a variety of marketing initiatives including email marketing, direct mail, affiliates (where required) and cross sell to existing customer base. - Support Group Marketing Director and Marketing Team Leader as required.WHAT YOULL DO- Email marketing campaigns to pre-agreed lists - create and A/B test copy, creative and subject lines to maximise returns of this activity and meet set KPIs. - Direct mail campaigns to pre-agreed lists - create and A/B test copy and creative to maximise returns of this activity and meet set KPIs. - Manage external affiliate agency - attend regular meetings and contribute ideas, ensure plans are focussed on achieving business objectives and targets, in depth reporting on performance and ROI. - Cross-sell appropriate products to existing customer base via email marketing, documentation and customer portal. - Recommend a friend schemes - test and trial incentives, promote on several customer touch points, report on performance and ROI. - Utilise internal systems to enable automation for a variety of marketing initiatives including email and SMS with support from Marketing Team Leader. - Creation of digital artwork including GIFs for promotional use in email templates, social media and group email signatures. - Creation of presentations or video compilations for events and internal/external use. - Input into Marketing Monthly Report - cost vs income from campaigns. - Administrative support as required such as purchase orders. - Knowledge of the processes and procedures for other marketing channels to provide support where required. WHAT YOUVE GOT:- Experienced user of digital platforms such as Google Analytics, DotMailer, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, Bing, Google Display network, (or other ESP) Wordpress (or other CMS) and others. - High attention to detail. - Strong analytical mind and a passion for the science of marketing. - Team player with the ability to work alone or collaborate effectively with others. - Good organisation skills and the ability to multitask, manage and meet tight deadlines. - Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. - Exemplary communication skills for both internal and external working relationships. - Marketing Qualification. - Educated to degree level.
