Marketing Executive - PropertyMarketing & Content Executive

  • Location - Manchester City Centre (Office based role)
  • Working hours - 40 hours per week
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Salary: £20-25,000 depending on experience

At MCR, we have a new Marketing Executive vacancy to bolsterAt MCR, we have a new Marketing Executive vacancy to bolster the existing in-house marketing function to work across corporate communications for the group of companies, and marketing for several of their high-profile mixed-use developments.MCR Homes is the talented Lettings, property management, creative & marketing function of MCR Property Group, one of the countrys largest independent property groups working from the Head Office in Manchester, you will work with the Marketing Director andResidentia; Director in order to translate rental; targets into marketing objectives, strategies, briefs and being part of the growing marketing and community team, you will manage the inbound marketing / lettings funnel utilising Hubspot to an advanced (personalisation)level.The role itself requires you to help drive analytics and company campaigns using the likes of Hubspot and Google Analytics, along with coordinating all our inbound leads for residential rental properties with our in-house property management team, ensuringconversions across the full customer lifecycle.HubSpot is at the centre of the companys Lettings and marketing technology stack, and we are looking for a current marketing professional who is willing to help develop as a HubSpot inbound marketer to take the use of marketing technologies to the nextlevel across our PRS property portfolio and beyond.Furthermore, communicating with, presenting ideas to, and reporting on activity, to internal stakeholders is a core function of the role, so natural confidence and exposure to this kind of activity is vital.Responsibilities will include:
  • Setting expectations for project scope, and tracking to schedule and budget, working alongside the internal Asset Management team to set expectations & ROI
  • Communicating status of projects to internal stakeholders and tracking feedback
  • Preparing project recaps and marketing reports
  • Managing the content team across the website presence
  • Project managing campaigns across brand, design & digital
  • Collating content and content creation across commercial, industrial, and residential developments
  • Dealing with analytical data from HubSpot & Google Analytics to help drive campaign performance across multiple channels
  • Work within multiple disciplinary residential and commercial property teams to ensure optimization is reached and goals are met in line with performance targets
The Person: Experienced in using Hubspot or similar CRM Experience with Web Analytics & Campaign Optimisation Experience across social media marketing A minimum of 1 year marketing experience is essential for this role
