MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER / MANCHESTER (HYBRID WORK) / UP TO £38K / GREAT BENEFITSAn amazing opportunity for a creative, forward thinking Marketing Communications Manager. You will be responsible for developing and delivering creative marketing & communication strategies to market and position WEX to win new businessand retain customers.Whats on Offer

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Communications Manager:
  • Devise and deliver on a content plan encompassing each of our territories of operation.
  • Create multi-language content that engages and inspires audiences to interact with our brand(s) for all online and offline channels (inc. email, landing pages, case studies, newsletters, blogs, press materials, press releases, bylined articles, white papers,corporate videos and marketing collateral).
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager on keyword research, ensuring that content is optimised for SEO and any activity undertaken is in line with the overall Digital Acquisition and Social Media strategies.
  • Working closely with the US based digital team and the local Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Working with the wider global team and agencies to produce content for PR purposes.
  • Work with the Head of Customer Experience and Service Delivery to create useful and engaging customer journey communications.
  • From time to time, support the wider team with content creation for other marketing projects.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Support Executive to create useful and inspiring content for sales enablement and for use by our Sales, Customer Services and Account Management teams.
Skills & Experience required:
  • Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Editorial and content experience
  • Excellent command of the English language with traditional writing skills and expertise in new media
  • Experience of working in multiple European countries and handling translations
  • Experience of working with Google G Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce / Marketing Cloud desirable
  • Experience of implementing Social Media campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEO
  • Experienced running and devising Content Marketing campaigns
  • Culturally adept and at home working across a geographically diverse workforce
  • Extraordinary project-management skills
  • Energetic and creative thinker who will seek to bring new ideas to the table.
