Job Description

Marketing Cloud LeadOne of my clients are e partner are hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead as they build a Marketing Cloud Practice in Manchester.This business is a well-known and respected Digital Agency who have a strong history of delivering "Best in Class" marketing platforms & campaigns. They are making a strategic move and pivoting into Salesforce Marketing Cloud as more and more of their clientsmake the switch to Salesforce.As the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead, you will act as the SFMC SME and will take technical ownership of the SFMC Implementations. You will also assist in Pre-Sales activities, drawing up technical Solutions and acting as the escalation point for SFMC projects.Over the next 6, 12 & 18 months, you will also grow your team and move into a more managerial/strategic as you upskill your team to be strong Salesforce MARKETING Cloud Consultants in their own right.This company offers full remote working and we have interview slots available from Tuesday 29th June.Responsibilities:

  • Support recruiting, on boarding and training of new employees
  • Work with the business to Identify opportunities for growth and maturation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud offerings
  • Work with Salesforce Alliances team to build and develop relationships with Salesforce and partner on joint sales pursuits
  • Develop case studies and training materials; conduct brown bags and provide guidance for Salesforce Practice
  • Develop and deliver best practices, delivery templates, and point-of-view papers
  • Identify areas of overseas growth for our Marketing Cloud offering
  • Understand how other practices the business can work together to drive better client outcomes
  • Oversee quality assurance of project delivery
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionalities such as deep knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, and Marketing Cloud Connector, and intermediate SQL and AMPScript knowledge essential
  • Knowledge of additional products such as Personalisation Builder, Social Studio, Interaction Studio, Mobile Studio, and Datorama are highly desirable
  • Consulting and/or marketing technology implementation experience.
  • Experience managing the design & implementation of technology across multiple projects at a time.
  • Be confident managing key stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience defining strategy, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions
