  • Be the digital explorer – conduct online research and outreach, from connecting with influential bloggers and affiliate partners to engaging HR managers.
  • Channel your inner detective – track down decision makers in companies that align with our target criteria, gathering their crucial contact details.
  • Be the keeper of connections – meticulously maintain CRM records of prospective buyers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Master the art of scheduling – coordinate follow-ups, meetings, and other essential tasks.
  • Automate excellence – set up email automation, chatbots, and workflows for streamlined operations.
  • Be the digital maestro – handle administrative tasks such as social media posting and web content uploads.
  • Keep everyone on track – establish, update, and manage a calendar of important events.
  • Boost our reputation – seek referrals and reviews from our satisfied clients.
  • Be the ultimate support system – assist the sales team in their pitches and provide pre and post-sale service.
  • Unearth insights – support the content team with research and reporting.

Skills and Experience The ideal candidate for the Marketing Business Administrator will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role, in an eCommerce, marketing or digital marketing focused company, whether client-side or agency.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum Location: UK – Remote Benefits:
