Job Description

Job Title: Marketing and Brand LeadHours: Full Time (will also consider Part Time)Contract: 12 month fixed term contract Salary: £35-40K FTE per annumWorking pattern: Home working, flexible hours & working pattern (you may be required attend the Manchester Office on occasion but this will be rare)Eden Brown Synergy are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Lead to join our team.You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing brand image and positioning, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.You will work closely with the group marketing team to create compelling content and optimise social media channels.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the companys goals and objectives
  • Manage the brand image and positioning across all channels
  • Manage the brand image and positioning across all channels
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and collateral
  • Create compelling content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms
  • Optimise social media channels to increase engagement and reach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all departments
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure marketing efforts are innovative.
You will have:
  • Significant marketing and brand experience.
  • Social Media marketing experience
  • Copywriting experience
  • Creative writing/content experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ideally from a recruitment marketing background (not essential)
