Job Description

THE COMPANY:Brewster Partners are working with a Manchester based drinks distributor. Due to recent growth and restructure within the company, they are now looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager, to develop and drive the marketing and brand team.This is a great opportunity for a candidate with Marketing and management experience, someone who can lead a team, and prioritise on crucial tasks.The role would be office based for the probation period, with flexibilty offered after this.THE JOB:Brewster Partners are looking for someone to develop and execute the companys marketing and creative strategy.Working alongside the Signature brands category managers to create and implement the brand marketing strategies. This is a key leadership role to develop and support a team of experts ranging from PR & Communications, Design, Events, Social Media Executivesand Marketing Executives.

  • Manage all aspects of the marketing and creative function; including, public relations and communications, events, trade marketing, design and social media.
  • Develop and implement the companys marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Signature Brands team to develop and produce marketing and creative campaigns.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
  • Track and analyse marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints
  • Manage a team of marketing and creative experts, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship
  • Develop and manage projects, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas.
  • Maintain partnerships with agencies and vendors
  • Keep up with new social media sites, web technologies, and marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
An understanding of paid media strategies; including, google shop and ads.THE PERSON:
  • Excellent understanding of marketing concepts and best practices
  • Excellent Leadership skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mind set and critical thinking
  • Strong data analysis skills
