Job Description

The Marketing and Campaigns Manager will take the lead on a range of operational marketing projects, that span across all marketing channels. This will include all integrated advertising campaigns, print materials, and ad hoc activities requested by keyaccounts marketing team.Client DetailsThe client leads the way in childcare and early education through our innovative solutions - including childcare, back-up care for children and adults, support resources for employer family networks, parenting and caring programmes and global consultingservices.One of the UKs foremost nursery and preschool groups, with a network of over 300 nurseries delivering exceptional care and education.Their mission is to provide innovative programmes which help children, families and employers work together to be their very best.DescriptionThe Marketing and Campaigns Manager will be responsible for:Operational marketing campaign planning:* Within the strategic direction set by the Director of Marketing and Sales, and Head of Marketing and Customer Experience, and in partnership with the Operations Team, lead on creating comprehensive and effective operational marketing plans to deliver activitiesrequired to successfully engage new prospective parents with the community nurseries* Together with the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience, driving appropriate levels of audience segmentation to deliver personalised and relevant advertising campaigns (socio-demographic or needs-based segmentation)* Working closely with Operations Team, leading the articulation of the value proposition for nurseries to all segments of target parents, ensuring the campaigns are both resonant and impactful with wide audiences* Developing and implementing B2C Marketing plans to attract and convert new parents, establish the business as a highly credible and aspirational partner, driving ROI and meeting our lead generation targets* Ensure that operational marketing plan aimed at prospective parents is a live document that is regularly reviewed and discussed with all relevant colleagues (Key Account Managers, Customer Experience Team and key leaders) and appropriate action is undertakenand monitored on an on-going basis* Identifying the right media channels - both digital and traditional (esp. events) to target relevant audiences and deliver marketing activities with high ROI* Oversee and manage budget relating to all B2C marketing and event activities* Content planning and management* Source and liaise with external suppliers such as advertising, marketing and branding agencies, media providers and suppliers to deliver value for money for our marketing services, Messaging and brand* Messaging and brand* Supporting Head of Marketing and Customer Experience in the delivery of consistent brand voice and image to all our prospective and current parents, ensuring brand guidelines and assets are developed appropriately with customer expectations and needs inmind* Marketing team and internal stakeholder management* Ensuring the creation and delivery of a fully comprehensive plan in which roles and responsibilities are clearly identified, and planned activities are delivered on time and with the optimum impact* Reporting and performance management* Provide regular marketing and recruitment reports on key information, for example, number of enquiries received, publications downloaded, web hits driven by our marketing campaigns, etc. as well as impact of advertising campaigns and other activities.ProfileMarketing and Campaigns Manager - Essential Experience:* Evidence of operational marketing management in a commercial and/or service industry, incl. significant experience in campaign development and implementation, including drawing on research and insight, tracking and ROI reporting* Evidence of successful development and delivery of marketing collateral across all channels and for various audiences, under brand umbrella* Strong understanding and experience using and implementing brand guidelines for a large global institution* Experience of working with complex multi-audience brands* Experience in producing recommendation and reports for internal stakeholders,* Experience of managing projects delivering innovation, change or improvements* People management skills - ideally across a large team, leading and directing multiple team members in a busy task-oriented environment* Excellent communication (both written and verbal), influencing and negotiation skills, required to cooperate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders combined with driven and assertive personalityQualifications:* Degree or equivalent and/or professional marketing qualification or experience,Job OfferCompetitive salaryRemote / hybrid workingBonus - 10%Smart healthcare40% discount on childcare
