Job Description

TITLE:MANCHESTER In-House International Talent Acquisition/RecruiterLocation: Manchester . This is an inhouse role to join the Talent Acquisition TeamContract type: Temporary work for 7 months on a major international recruitment projectLanguages: ANY: English, German, French, Polish, Czech, Italian, SpanishCompany: global e-businessSalary

  • Senior Recruiter: Pay Rate: £29.97 - £30.57 Hourly, (to £35.01 inc holiday pay)
(for 4 years + previous Recruitment exp)Annual salary equivalent : £70,020
  • Junior Recruiter/candidate manager: Pay Rate: £13.99 - £23.34 Hourly (to £26.73 incl holiday pay)
  • Annual salary equivalent £53,460
(1-2 years previous recruitment experience)Annual pay equivalent :
  • Sourcing quality talent across various geographies
  • Assess candidate suitability
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management;
  • Conducts in-depth interviews
  • Manage the hiring process offer-to-hire
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that is hard-to find
  • Devise a candidate tracking process.
  • Post job specs
  • Help to maximise candidate generation and assessing channel suitability.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and in another EU language (German, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Spanish, Italian, French).
  • 5 to 4+ years of recruitment experience
  • Agency recruitment OR inhouse TA background
