This programme enables experienced Software Developers who have taken a career break the ability to return to technology after completing an 8- or 12-week programme.Key ResponsibilitiesYour role will be leading the recruitment opportunities for the group known as the "Opportunities Tribe" which consists of two squads (Northcoders and Tech Returners).The objective of the "Opportunities Tribe" is focused on sourcing placement opportunities for both our NC graduates which are joining the industry as junior developers and are placed for a zero fee, and also Tech Returners who are experienced individuals(mid-senior level engineers) looking to reignite their careers back into tech who are placed for a flat fee.You will lead by example by supporting the mid to senior consultants on securing opportunities (30%) whilst identifying your own leads (70%).Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:We believe these needs someone with:
