Management Accountant + Study SupportOld Trafford£37,000 - £40,000This is your opportunity to work as a number two in finance and manage your own entity within the group.The company has doubled in turnover each year and are set to reach the £100M mark by 2023; there are 4 entities within the brand and the CEO is looking for someone like you to run one of these.The CEO is an entrepreneurial leader and needs someone on their page who wants to "break glass ceilings"; they want to be sitting down with you in 18 months - 2 years, offering you position of FC.You will produce the monthly management accounts with presentation to the Group Head of Finance and CEO and will have 3-4 direct reports to manage the transactional accounting, so it is essential you have supervisory/ managerial experience.The assistants are very self-sufficient and dont need micro-managing but as the company is growing at a rapid pace, they do need an individual who they can turn to for support & guidance throughout the month.There is no pre-requisite to already be qualified as the business will fund your studies however the role is perfectly aligned to be a first role post-ACCA/ CIMA completionMonthly meetings will be transparent and open; youll be able to have a clear vision of exactly how the company is operating financially across its various entities as you will be involved from start to finish; and you will be encouraged to constantly challengethe status quo and identify areas of improvement.You will be the person that stakeholders, executive & non-executive directors turn to for all the answers, so you need to be able confidently tell them month to month how to increase revenue streams & improve profits, so your business acumen needs to bespot on.I am interviewing immediately so please submit your CV to to be considered.
