The position is based 10 minutes walk from Piccadilly train station and they also have parking on site.Main Duties• Preparing Management Accounts pack including cashflow, commentary for various properties• Managing a Portfolio of Property Accounts• Month End Balance Sheet Reconciliations - debtors, creditors• Bank Reconciliations• VAT Reconciliation• Accrual, Journals• VAT Returns• Year End Accounts support• Performance Analysis• KPI Reporting including detailed investigation in to variancesEssential Experience RequiredTo be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience• ACCA, CIMA Part Qualified, Qualified By Experience• Proactive Attitude, Well Organised• Good excel skills, V Lookups & Pivot Tables• Excellent Team Player, Outgoing PersonalityPrevious experience as a Property Accountant in the property sector is would be beneficialOnly relevant candidates will be contacted Required skills
