Job Description

To monitor, review, analyse and control costs for works being undertaken by the maintenance Department in both UK & Europe territories.Client DetailsThe client is a leading sports retailer in the UK.Description

  • Analyse quotations received on internal CAFM software to ensure value for money. Ensure that quotations are received and managed within appropriate timescales.
  • Set the standard for information contained in quotations to ensure key decisions can be made quickly and accurately.
  • Provide advice to the Maintenance Helpdesk and co-ordinate the necessary involvement of the Regional Surveyors to ensure all maintenance works are carried out within the necessary timescales whilst demonstrating value for money.
  • Evaluate expenditure report and recommend actions and improvements as necessary.
  • Assist with the creation and upkeep of asset data.
  • Audit claims processed ensuring that they are accurate & appropriate in accordance with schedule of rates and contracts.
  • Resolve invoicing queries and account issues.
  • Liaise with wider internal departments to provide and collate date, reports, documentation and any other required information depending to satisfy the request.
Profile
  • Exceptional client focus, communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail often working to challenging deadlines.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Highly numerate and analytical.
  • Experience of costs administration in Retail or maintenance environments preferable.
Job OfferSalary: £30,0000 - £33,000
