M&E CAD TechnicianContract position£Neg - OUTSIDE SCOPE.M&E CAD TechnicianContract position£Neg - OUTSIDE SCOPE.Our client is based near Manchester and the are looking to recruit a Building Services M&E CAD Technician.Working on a variety of projects, the M&E CAD Technician shall be responsible for the production of 2D CAD drawings of M&E Building Services installations using AutoCAD from Engineers "mark ups", modifications to drawings as and when required through to "asfitted" drawingsThe M&E CAD Technician shall offer assistance in the compilation of Operation & Maintenance manuals (O & Ms) and any other associated project documentation.Candidate requirements:Ideally possess an engineering / technical qualification such as BTEC, ONC or HNCAt least 5 years experience in the production of 2D M&E Building Services drawings using AutoCADPrevious experience of working within a Consultancy or ContractorGood all round knowledge of both mechanical and electrical Building ServicesProficient in the use of AutoCAD and good all round IT skills3D/Revit knowledge or experience would be advantageous!
