Job Description

Luxury Tailor-Made Tour Operator based in the North-West are now expanding their team and are looking for remote workers to join them as Luxury Travel Consultants. Specialising in long-haul, they create bespoke itineraries from super luxury beach holidaysto multi-centre adventure holidays, travelling independent or as part of a group. Whatever their High-Net-Worth Clients are seeking, they can create! If you have solid experience in luxury, long-haul sales via the trade, as a Travel Consultant, this is a newopportunity on the home-based travel job market. Salary DOE £25kpa - £30k pa, plus uncapped commission, Mon-Fri office hours (rota for Saturday, day off in lieu) and additional benefits, plus great career prospects.JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Liaising via phone and email, primarily via Travel Agencies to put together a variety of wonderful travel itineraries, for luxury budgets
  • Aim to make dream holidays a reality by ensuring you understand all the clients needs, to create the most appropriate itinerary
  • Key destinations include the USA, Canada, Indian Ocean and Australasia
  • Types of holidays vary with the needs of the clients: beach, adventurer, history, culture, exploring the natural world, city destinations, multi-centres, independent or group travel
  • Source ground arrangements with overseas supplier.
  • Using your travel industry experience and solid destination / product knowledge to assist you in advising your clients on their options.
  • Offering excellent customer service throughout the process, to ensure an amazing holiday experience including follows ups post travel
  • Working towards sales targets to achieve commission that is uncapped.
  • Working hours 0845-1745 Mon-Fri (Saturdays on a fair rota basis with a day off in lieu)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:This is an excellent position working for an established and growing, specialist Tour Operator as a Luxury Travel Consultant. To be fully home-based you will have previous experience of working for a luxury Tour Operator, have sold long-haul and tailor-madeitineraries.THE PACKAGE:Starting salary is dependent on experience/negotiable but between £25k-£30k pa. There is uncapped commission and averages vary from £500-£800 per month, this company focuses on their team, the culture, the progression and prides itself on a positive andsupportive environment.
