Job Description

Logistics & Fulfillment ManagerRemote/Home Based£50,000 - £60,000 + BenefitsRole ProfileOur client who is a rapidly growing business who are currently going through the Scale-Up, are looking to recruit a Logistics Contract Manager. The business have a HQ in the UK based in the North East, but this role can be based from anywhere. The role isfocused on creating a centre of excellence in all aspects of all fulfilment operations, leading the warehouse logistics team in the U.S. and UK, along with handling the relationships with the 3PL providers globally.Key Responsibilities:

  • Key relationship lead for all of our global fulfilment partners.
  • Negotiate pricing on an ongoing basis in conjunction with CFO both for long-term contracts and one-off projects.
  • Develop tools and systems to measure SLA compliance by fulfilment partners on an agreed upon frequency
  • Customs/duty requirements in post-Brexit world for shipping within Europe.
  • Lead key strategic initiatives around the companys fulfilment services including automation of service delivery.
Skills & Experience:
  • Managing a network of 3PLs including researching, negotiating and onboarding (via RFP) new 3PLs
  • Developing internal reporting to monitor 3PL KPI and SLA compliance
  • Process improvement from an ecommerce perspective
  • Experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team
