Logsitics Coordintor / Driver Debrief Administrator (Manufacturing)(Graduates welcome)£20,000 - £22,000 depending on experienceSalfordDue to exciting growth we are EXCLUSIVELY recruiting for a Logsitics Coordintor / Driver Debrief Administrator to join a successful Logisitcs & Transport team. For the ideal candidate, we would be looking for you to start ASAP.Our client is a World Class manufacture and supplier of surfactants and associated chemicals for the personal care, cosmetics, HI&I and many industrial applications. They offer an impressive wide range of chemical manufacturing capabilities on behalf ofits global customer base.They are part of a dynamic group of businesses engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of chemical intermediates for Personal Care, Household Care and Industrial applications.They have a hugely exciting future with plans to grow the business dramatically over the next 2 years which will have a fantastic impact on the development and internal promotion of their employees.If this sounds like the a business and a team that you would like to join and become an integral part of this exciting journey this could be your new role!Your Job Role* Dealing with drivers over the intercom* Dealing with drivers at "Drivers Reception"* Creating and updating bookings on Efacs* Creating delivery paperwork for drivers and warehouse* Sending relevant paperwork to the customer and haulier* Raising documents for customs clearances* Managing booking slots on site* Keeping Commercial fully updated on the status of their Orders* The role will require constant communication by telephone and email to Commercial and hauliers in order to provide an exceptional logistics service.* Manage PODs* Checking and Receipting transport invoices* Dealing with any transport invoice queries* Committing free stock to outstanding orders* Creating a pick for the warehouse for the relevant date* Maintaining order book* Maintaining Tanker Sheet* Process Works Orders in to stockDaily Responsibilities* Positive and solution-based approach to work* Knowledge of customs systems (i.e. My E-Cert) and experienced in raising export documents* Experience in UK and European Road Freight ideal, but Air/Sea experience would suffice* Excellent customer service skills* Confident communicating via both phone and email* Experience of Microsoft office packages in a work environment* Be able to learn new IT systems quickly and accurately* Be a team player that is focused on delivering the best possible customer experience* UK National or right to work in the UK essential, no visa can be offered.Contractual BenefitsMonday to Friday 8am-5pmOvertime Available25 Days Annual LeavePensionHow To ApplyPlease click on the link to apply ensuring all of your contact details and information are thoroughly up to date.I look forward to receiving your application.ThanksKellyKelly NewellManufacturing Divisional ManagerRTGImportant Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
