Job Description

Were supporting our clients as they adapt to a new world in the wake of COVID-19. Were now recruiting for roles which will help our clients to deliver vital services and to resume business wherever possible.Becoming a Location Monitoring Support Officer with EMSAs a Location Monitoring Support Officer, you will provide cover and assistance to the day to day running of the Location Monitoring Team in our Customer Service Centre. The role brings a variety of challenges - you will be instrumental in protecting the public, making a difference to peoples lives and helping make the Customer Service Centre a great place to work. We are looking for individuals who are committed to delivering excellent customer service and pay meticulous attention to detail. This will include weekends, bank holidays and public holidaysWhat youll be doing:

  • Processing of incidents/violations within service level agreements
  • Monitor the activity of our GPS subjects
  • Manage and monitor all aspects of GPS subjects and escalate reportable incidents direct to the relevant external agencies
  • Single point of contact to all internal and external agencies managing the GPS subject base
  • Document all contact with our customers both internal and external
  • Oversee all visits for GPS subjects
  • Collation and distribution of required evidence requested by internal and external customers
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing communication from all customers including subjects
  • Diary management including court cases; updating systems
  • Deal with specific requests for compliance, witness statements and subject event history from internal and external customers
  • Update and maintain required records and systems accurately
  • Conduct work audit process including regular quality reviews
  • Comply with internal and external service levels and targets
  • What were looking for:
  • Excellent data entry and keyboard skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Computer literate and able to work on EMS systems
  • Experience of working to specific targets and goals- desirable
  • Understanding of Monitoring Operations and external agencies policies and procedures- desirable
