Overview of a 2nd Charge Case ManagerAs a 2nd Charge Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in their lending operations, ensuring the efficient processing of 2nd charge loan applications. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of lending processes,excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to their clients.Key Responsibilities of a 2nd Charge Case Manager
  • Evaluate and process second charge loan applications in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Review applicant documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to facilitate a smooth and timely loan approval process.
  • Maintain accurate and organised loan files, tracking the progress of applications from submission to funding.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to obtain necessary documentation.
Qualification & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Loan Processor or Case Manager, with a focus on 2nd charge loans
  • In-depth knowledge of lending processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
