Civil Commercial Litigation SolicitorsA number of experienced Civil Commercial Litigation Solicitors or CILEx are wanted for a fantastic Manchester based legal opportunity with an established law firm. Applications are invited from experienced Litigation Solicitors with at least 3 years practical experience, team players with a strong work ethic, motivated to progress their careers and earn well in an emerging litigation that will offer security in challenging times. Basic salary is upwards of £25,000 and to £40,000 negotiable dependent on experience. Immediate start enabled through remote working.The successful candidates will join an established law firm, a busy and expanding litigation team, dealing predominantly with Professional Negligence and in particular Financial Services. Day to day duties will include the management of a full and varied Fast Track caseload of Financial Mis-Selling claims, with a specific focus on Plevin claims, unfair contractual relationships affiliated with the sale of some Pensions, Investments, Mortgages & Credit Agreements. Utilising a Proclaim case management system, Litigation Solicitors will manage their own caseload from start to finish maintaining high levels of communication and service delivery at all times. Paralegal support also provided.Applications are invited from experienced Litigation Solicitors looking for a new challenge and to progress their careers in a rapidly expanding, specialist Professional Negligence department.
