Litigation ManagerAn ambitious Civil Commercial Litigation Solicitor or CILEx is wanted for a fantastic lead role with a fast growing Manchester based law firm. Applications are invited from experienced Litigation Solicitors with supervisory experience, team players with a strong work ethic, motivated to progress their careers and earn well in an emerging litigation that will offer security in challenging times. Salary is upwards of £30,000 and negotiable dependent on experience. Immediate start enabled through remote working.The successful candidate will join an established law firm, supervising a busy and expanding litigation team, dealing predominantly with Professional Negligence and in particular Financial Services. Day to day duties will include the management of a small team of Solicitors and Paralegals running full and varied Fast Track caseloads of Financial Mis-Selling claims, with a specific focus on Plevin claims, unfair contractual relationships affiliated with the sale of some Pensions, Investments, Mortgages & Credit Agreements.Applications are invited from experienced Litigation Solicitors with team maagement experience, looking for a new challenge and to progress their careers in a rapidly expanding, specialist Professional Negligence department.
