The roles are to join either the Road Traffic Accident department, the Employers Liability department or the Public/Occupiers Liability department.Applicants MUST have previous experience of running own caseload with a minimum of 2 years PQE / Cilex / or alternatively qualified by experience. Tenacity, ability and enthusiasm are key skills in helping to get the best results for our clients.The caseload will be from cradle to grave therefore, you must be a personal injury Litigator who really knows the entire process. Cases will be majority fast track but there will be some exposure to multi track work from high quality non CMC sources.Theyre looking for a pragmatic individual, who has a keen eye for detail but is always aware of the larger picture.
