A well-established laboratory software company is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable end-user to become a Product Expert for their LIMS and diagnostic tools. This is a dynamic role where you will be involved in a variety of functions.Duties include but are not limited to:* Pre and post-sales support activities (aiding the sales team)* Create and development product training* Deliver training* Technical support - internally and externally* Be voice of customer - feedback suggestions to development team* Help generate technical content for marketingThe ideal candidate would have significant experience with LIMS from either a laboratory background or an instrument vendor (such as Waters/ThermoFisher/Agilent etc).Qualifications and Skills required:* BSc degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related)* Significant laboratory experience such as Lab Manager, Team leader, Quality Manager or in regulatory auditing.* In-depth knowledge of LIMS, lab operations, data management & quality control* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise to best serve the business* Good communication skills - written and verbal* Excellent relationship builder - out-going, happy talking to clients* Valid driving license and flexibility to travel across the UKThe company have been running for over 20 years and have a strong foothold in the water industry and complex analytical chemistry markets such a such as biotech and pharmaceutical research.They take a personal and bespoke approach to prospective and current clients in order to really help improve their operational efficiency.This is a remote based role with occasional meetings at the UKs headquarters near Manchester.
