Job Description

Position: Teaching Assistant (Level 2 Qualified)Location: South ManchesterHours: Full-time, 8:30-4:00Pay Rate: From £83.33 depending on experienceAre you passionate about early childhood education Do you have a Level 2 qualification or above in education and a desire to make a positive impact on young minds If so, we want you to join our dedicated team at a vibrant early years setting in South Manchester.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the classroom teacher in creating a stimulating and safe learning environment.
  • Assist with the implementation of daily lesson plans and activities.
  • Provide individualised attention to students, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the overall well-being and development of each child.
Requirements:
  • Level 2 qualification in education or above.
  • Passion for working with young children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
