Job Description

Lettings Property Manager - Manchester - £25kMy client is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the North Manchester area. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager who will have a strong background in Lettings Property Management.You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn but also able to use your own initiative.Main Duties to include:

  • Overseeing the management of a portfolio of properties
  • Ensure all legal compliances are up to date
  • Receiving and actioning maintenance issues and instruct approved contractors
  • Serving section notices
  • Handling evictions and complaints
  • Act as liaison between landlords, tenants, contractors
  • Respond to telephone and mail enquiries in line with department procedures
  • Arrange and carry out property visits, submit reports to landlords and follow up any identified maintenance issues
Essential Skills Required:
  • Lettings Property Management experience is ESSENTIAL
  • Organisation skills
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Articulate
  • IT literate
  • Full UK Licence and Car for which mileage is paid
