Job Description

Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity with fantastic earning potential Then look no further…Our clients are extremely successful, well-established, and highly respected Estate Agencies in Manchester looking for a results-driven and experienced Lettings Manager to join their thriving branch. They are looking for an individual who has a proven trackrecord and is highly driven.Working hours:

  • Monday - Thursday 9.00 -5:30,
  • Friday 9.00 - 17:00
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays 10.00-16.00
The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:
  • Basic £40,000 - £50,000
  • OTE up to £65,000
  • Parking
To be considered for the Lettings Manager role you must have the following:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Lettings Manager
  • Excellent Leadership skills
  • Target driven individual.
  • Ability to create and action Business plans
  • Strong computer skills
  • Full Drivers Licence
  • Brilliant Rapport building skills
  • Knowledgeable, driven, and Positive individual
  • Full clean UK driving license.
As a Lettings Manager, your role will involve:
  • Conducting daily Lettings Team meetings
  • Supporting the team in achieving/ exceeding set KPI’s
  • Achieving/ exceeding personal KPI’s
  • Building and maintaining excellent rapport with Landlords and Tenants
  • Negotiating and agreeing new Tenancies
  • Keeping up to date with compliance and Safety regulations, ensuring the Lettings team remains knowledgeable also.
  • Upkeeping team morale to encourage top performance.
  • Helping drive the business forward.
  • Staff training and development.
  • To nurture and develop new business opportunities.
