Legal Secretary PA Law Costs Part TimeSouth ManchesterA Legal Secretary PA is required to support within Law Costs/Personal Injury.The Legal Secretary / PA role is a busy position that requires forward thinking and exceptional organisation. The role will support with all aspects of the Solicitors caseload including, diary/date management, agendas, minutes, attending meetings, liaisingwith clients/courts/defendants, case organisation, court documents, travel arrangements, client care, audio typing, filing, payments, reports, and any other duties as required. Previous experience within a Legal Secretary or PA role, within Law Costs or Personal Injury is essential. It would also be an advantage if you are competent within case management systems and have strong IT skills. You should have strong communication andorganisation as you will be dealing directly with courts/barristers/counsel etc.The role is part time based in South Manchester.
