Job Description

Legal Secretary NorthendenSeeking a full-time legal secretary with experience to provide administrative support tothe Family & Mental Health departmentResponsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
  • Handle phone inquiries, appointments, and messages
  • Produce legal documents and letters, including court forms
  • Perform audio typing and general administrative tasks
  • Maintain files, including preparation of court bundles
  • Use Microsoft Office software proficiently
Qualifications:
  • Strong typing skills
  • Legal secretarial experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
