Legal PA Secretary Housing PropertyManchester City CentreHybrid Working2 days in office/3 days working from home Salary is negotiable up to around £27,000 per annumA Legal PA/Secretary is required to join a National UK Law Firm based in their Manchester City Centre offices. The Legal PA/Secretary will support the specialist Housing Department. The Team act for a range of Public and Private Sector clients on large scale project and development work within Housing. You will be involved with supporting within areas such as landagreements, property developments, planning, site acquisitions, infrastructure, social housing, and plot sales.As a Legal PA/Secretary in the team you will be responsible for all supporting tasks including coordinating diaries, working with lawyers on managing files, preparing documents, audio typing, reports, property and land searches, SDLT, Land Registry, Billing,supporting with business development, document management, file management, reviewing workflow, conflict checks, due diligence, archiving, diary planning, working within policies and procedures and any other duties as required.Prior experience as a Legal PA/Secretary is essential, if you have previously supported within Conveyancing, Housing, Property or Real Estate this would be an advantage, but we will consider candidates from any legal discipline that are willing to take up andrequired training and development to succeed in the role. The firm have a professional yet approachable ethos, they offer a good work-life balance, offer 9am-5pm hours, and are based right in Manchester City Centre. They offer hybrid working so the role will include 3 days home working per week.Salary is negotiable.
