Job Description

A modern and forward thinking law firm based in Northenden, just outside of Manchester, is seeking a Legal PA to join their growing and very busy support team.The role will be paying up to £32,000 and will be working on a hybrid basis. Two days from home and three days in the office, but there would be some flexibility on this depending on the applicant.The position will be supporting a busy Associate with all of their administration support, duties will include the following:

  • Diary management, meeting booking and well as travel itineraries
  • Elements of case management
  • Audio typing and production of legal documentation such as court bundles
  • Client liaison via email and phone as well as other third parties
  • Any other administration duties needed from the associate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced PA, but will ideally come from a legal background. They work within the Personal Industry sector, so some knowledge of this area would be desirable.
