Job Description

Legal CashierManchester£23,000 - £26,000 per annumHybrid working29 days holidayOffice Angels are currently recruiting for a Legal Cashier for a legal firm in Manchester.Duties will include:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • CHAPS and BACS payments
  • Allocation of incoming funds
  • Processing invoices
  • Processing, banking and posting cheques
  • Petty cash
  • Answering accounts based queries from internal colleagues and clients
  • Assisting with reports and audits
  • Ensure all standards are met and procedures followed
  • Keep fee earners informed of relevant matters
We are looking for candidates with:
  • Previous legal cashier experience
  • Strong IT skills including Excel and legal software
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and pick up new processes while working remotely
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to organise your own workload effectively, even in a fast paced environment
