Job Description

Sanderson Plc are currently recruiting for a Learning Manager to work for out financial service client on a national basis.The role will include both the design and delivery of the learning strategy for advisers within the organisation this involves induction, training, and competence, as well as fulfilling ongoing professional development needs. This includes technical, legislative,and regulatory knowledge, and fostering the enhancement of critical skills.Learning delivery is face to face basis, eLearning and online and therefore whilst this is a remote position, travel will be required twice a year for 3 weeks duration.Salary Up to £63,000 with excellent benefits packageKey Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver learning events across the organsiation.
  • Create unique/ tailored learning content or experiences depending on client requests.
  • Create the entire learning experience, including content, assessment of learning and learning outcomes, including the method of learning including classroom session, webinar, podcast or e-learning module.
  • Complete regular content reviews, ensuring accuracy and validity of material, using a team of experts and business owners within the organisation.
  • Delivery of face-to-face training
  • Analyse feedback and results to enable continuous improvement.
  • Work with various stakeholders in the business to provide learning content, create assessments and marketing collateral.
Skills and Knowledge Required;
  • Excellent communication skills required, ability to build strong stakeholder relationships as well as confidence in presentation delivery and public speaking.
  • Proven experience in training design and delivery
  • Experience in creating E-Learning content.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of FCA roles and principles
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial services products.
  • Adviser Training and Competence (T&C) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requisites.
  • Current regulatory and legislative knowledge
Qualifications Required;
  • Demonstrating proficiency in essential training topics, including pensions, pension transfers, and investment products, through professional regulatory exams.
  • Diploma in Financial Planning (Desirable)
  • Learning and Development diploma (Desirable)
