Job Description

Who you will be working forOur client are a civil service organisation, set up to provide an independent complaint handling service for complaints that have not been resolved. They share findings from their casework to help the government scrutinise public service providers, and helpto drive improvements in public services and complaint handling.What is the roleLearning Management Systems Administrator

  • Manchester (Hybrid Working)
  • Temporary 3 Month Contract (with potential to become permanent)
  • £11.00 per hour
As a Learning Management System Administrator, you will provide comprehensive LMS administration support to the Learning and Development (L&D) team, ensuring all administrative processes and activities are carried out in a timely, accurate and efficientmanner and to make proactive suggestions for change and improvements as appropriate. You will also provide a professional and customer focused first point of contact for all staff who have routine queries regarding everything LMS related.Required experience and skills
  • Experience of working with a learning management system is essential
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Familiarity with the use of spreadsheets and databases
  • A flexible approach to work
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Ability to manipulate model and interpret large volumes of data
  • You must be immediately available to work
