Learning and Development Business Partner, £50,000 Per Annum, ManchesterMacmillan Davies are working on behalf of a leading national brewery company who are looking to attract a Learning and Development Business Partner to join their growing HR team.This role is a new appointment and will play an imperative role in ensuring all individuals within the business are performing at their absolute best. This role will be based in the businesses Manchester office and involve regular travel to their sites acrossthe Northwest and North Wales.About the role:Reporting to the Head of People you will:* Work within both the People and Operations Team to recognise & deliver on all business wide training & development requirements* Assist in the development and delivery of new products, technology, operational programmes and processes* Lead with the design of learning across a range of areas within the business* Ensure the effective delivery of engaging and up skilling courses, and workshops to meet all individual, business, and brand targets* Work with all key Senior Business Stakeholders to support with leading and cascading change as required across the companyAbout you:We are looking for a forward thinking and energetic L and D Professional to slot in with this dynamic team who has:* Ideally 5 years experience as an L & D professional within the hospitality sector* Ability to seize the opportunity and make an immediate impact on the business where possible* CIPD qualified in Training & Development level 5 or 7* Experience governing training budgets* Exceptional presentation skills* Creative, enthusiastic and innovative thinker* Customer focused and possessing an astute business acumen* Solid background in managing online training platforms* Ability to travel regionally is required as mobility is a key requirement across the Northwest and North Wales sitesWhats on offer:* Competitive pay- £50,000 plus car allowance* Profit share scheme* Fantastic and supportive team environment* Enhanced family friendly policies* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays* Private health care* Fantastic career progression* Regular company events* Access to company discount platformThis role offers some exceptional development opportunities so please send your CV over at your earliest opportunity.
