It will be your role to deliver continuous improvement and change management to a wide variety of interesting clients, combining people, process and technology.You will deliver green and yellow belt projects including post-implementation reviews and help clients to eliminate unnecessary complexity within their business processes, recommending more efficient ways of working.It will also be your responsibility to coach your colleagues who are working towards their yellow belt as they move through the certification process- if you are looking to manage in the future, this is fantastic experience to have!ProfileThe successful candidate must have worked in a similar role previously whether that be in project management, continuous improvement, operational excellence or change management. The key factor is that you must have a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Beltand be able to demonstrate experience using the methodologies associated.My client are also preferably looking for someone who comes from a professional services background e.g. legal sector/ consultancy.
