Role - To design and test compelling, elegant solutions for users and inspire other Product Designers to do likewise. This role will lead a team of Product Designers (three direct reports and likely to grow further). You will report to the Interim Head of Product and will work closely with a range of stakeholders including the rest of the Product team as well as Customer Success and their own cross-functional team.In the short term (2021) this role will also own both the UX and UI of solutions as part of their own work with a cross-functional team. The role will focus on overseeing the work of the Product Design team whilst coaching them, critiquing their work and creating a creative environment in which they will thrive.
