Job Description

Lead UX Designer – Manchester - £60kAdria Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead UX Designer to join one of our rapidly growing clients based in Manchester. As Lead UX Designer you will liaise with other departments to ensure your designs support our client’s main objectives and use your skills to shape online user experiences through web, app and customer communications.The duties of Lead UX Designer will include but not be limited to:

  • Respond to design briefs and always look for opportunities to improve user journeys
  • Work collaboratively to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Communicate project updates to key stakeholders
  • Design for marketing campaigns, specific product journeys and other brand projects
  • Continue to develop your own skills in relation to software and digital platforms
  • Keep up to date with the latest design trends
    • The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience of leading, mentoring and developing a team of UX/UI designers
  • Strong understanding of user centered design and UI best practices
  • Skilled in using Adobe Photoshop, Sketch and Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience using prototyping software such as Axure, Framer or InVision
  • Can use tools such as Zeplin or Abstract for handing designs over to development teams
