In a nutshell, youll teach classes of between 8-20 people,covering both clinical and corporate staff, over a dedicated period in both classrooms and online settings.All training delivery will be onsite in Manchester as you could be delivering training in a classroom in the morning and then online straight after. Lead Trainers will have the additional responsibility of mentoring and supporting a team of between 9 and15 Trainers.The Lead Trainers will act as a supporting conduit to the Modis service delivery team, collating feedback and insights regarding the delivery of training to the end users, covering feedback, scheduling, performance management, mentoring and motivation.Hive is the largest initiative of its kind and is backed by a significant multi-million-pound investment.Modis is proud and honoured to be selected as MFTs end user training service provider.Quite simply, you dont need to have been a clinical system Training Lead to perform this role. Instead, if you have a clinical, corporate, technology or an administrative training background where youve managed others as part of this, this is your opportunityto gain wide-ranging digital healthcare experience and develop through an exciting opportunity on an extraordinary scale.A Healthcare industry background will help Lead Trainers to understand the context of clinical workflows and clinical system training and support Trainers more easily, but is definitely far from essential.Whats in it for you
